Anniversary Giveaway #1: Two $50 Gift Certificates to Bee’s Knees Gems

This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to the winners, Lexie L and ColtonandK!

Creative Savings is celebrating it’s 1 year anniversary, and what better way to party than with an entire week of giveaways? You’ll have the chance to enter not just one, but five.

There’s no way I could have done this alone, and I’m so thankful for the amazing generosity of bloggers/businesses who sponsored these fun prizes. Make sure you give them a visit in the sidebar and say hello!

Would you believe that I actually don’t wear a ton of jewelry? My go-to items are a pair of hoops and a basic necklace. Sometimes, I’ll even add an extra ring or bracelet if I’m feeling really daring.

It’s not that I’m against wearing jewelry. It’s just that I don’t have that many pieces. My grandma taught me to like the real stuff, and most of the time, that’s out of my price range!

Plus, it’s hard to find costume jewelry that doesn’t look…cheap.

Bee’s Knees Gems seems to have found the best of both worlds. They sell classic pieces that won’t go out of style, and are made with real gemstones and crystals. They’re affordable too!

Each piece of jewelry is plated in gold or platinum, so you don’t get the green fingers, but you also keep more in your pocketbook. It’s pretty much a win-win.

Can I show you a few of my favorite pieces?

I absolutely fell in love with these Princess Cut Swarovski Earrings. I thought they would be perfect to wear at an out-of-state wedding earlier this month, so I grabbed a pair and crossed my fingers that they would come in time.

I was so impressed when they arrived in the mail. They were gorgeous and sparkly, and I absolutely loved wearing them. They didn’t feel too heavy either.

It’s definitely more of a dressy update from those casual hoops I always wear, but they are classics too. I could see myself wearing them with anything really!

Next on my wish list is this Sapphire Ring. I don’t have anything with Sapphires, and though this would be a bold statement piece for me, it still has lots of class.

Lastly, I really love the uniqueness of these earrings. I’m not a gold person, so I’m not sure when I would wear these, but the design is simply fabulous. {Update: This product is no longer available}

Please tell me you are just as excited about Bee’s Knees as I am!
